    Description

      It looks like an ISGR recipient might be trying to write document bodies containing _removed:true when purgeOnRemoval is disabled, based on this log:

      [INF] Sync: c:rep1-push error 404 in response to rev: Document revision is not accessible

      Verify with tests.
