Deprecate Replicator.resetCheckpoint() API

The Replicator.resetCheckpoint() API is deprecated — instead, use Replicator.start(reset), where reset is a boolean value

Right this API is already removed . We might have accidentally updated the fix version to Helium. It should be Lithium and closed already.

: an issue with the "deprecated" label that is in the current release will be added to the "Removed" section. To have the issue show up in the "Deprecated" section it needs to be an open bug not in the current release.
