Update to use setProgressLevel API in Replicator

Description

Update to use setProgressLevel API in Replicator instead of using kC4ReplicatorOptionProgressLevel option.

Here is the warning in the log currently:

WARNING: Passing in progress level via configuration is deprecated; use the setProgressLevel API

Note:  testDoubleConflictResolutionOnSameConflicts is disabled as the warning messages affect the assertion check. When this issue is fixed, need to re-enable the test and check again.
