Description
Currently in Lithium sg-replicate 1 config is treated as an unrecognized config option and startup fails on that. For sg-replicate1 in particular, it would be preferable to log a message that this functionality has been removed and the user should switch to ISGR. Need to add the top-level config option for sg-replicate 1 to the legacy config, and add error handling when it's present.
