Leading null character in document ID causes ISGR to terminate pull replication

A leading null character in a doc ID appears to be terminating an ISGR pull replication. Need to define a test to repro, and identify:

• if this applies to any null characters in a property, or specifically the case of a leading null in the ID
• Whether there's a way to better handle this scenario
