    Description

There is an issue prior to 3.1.0 where the list of Couchbase Server nodes and their alternate addresses are not correctly updated after a server-side cluster topoloy change in the DCP client.

This can result in a subset of import partitions not starting up, resulting in missed server-side document mutations until Sync Gateway is restarted and the CB Server node list is fully refreshed.

Fixed in 3.1.0+ with new DCP client implementation and built-in alternate address handling.
