[3.1.4 Backport] sgcollect_info not collecting trace logging

Trace logging was never indended for customer use (dev-time only loggin) - but recently there have been situations where debug logging was not enough to diagnose problems and we've asked for trace logs.

We're sometimes able to get this through the console logging that usually ends up in syslog/systemd's journal, but ideally we'd be collecting it like a regular SG log file.

We should make sgcollect_info grab whatever trace logging is available just so it's there if we need it again.
