maxRetries should now count attempts instead of retries

    Description

      The replicator options dictionary current takes a key called maxRetries, which will specify the number of times to retry, with 0 meaning no retry.  This should be changed (and potentially renamed to maxAttempts) so that 0 means a default value (Check with Pasin Suriyentrakorn for the proper value), 1 means no retries (1 connection attempt, the initial connection) and 2 means 1 retry (1 initial connection + 1 retry), etc
