SG of version less than 3.1 does not understand "getCollections" In this case, Lite receives error 404 without telling the reason (of course, it could not anticipate future).
To help users, we will include the following in the error message,
“The Sync Gateway does not support named collections. Configure your replicator using the collection “_default._default””
