Get Anonymous TLSIdentity from listener

Creating this to track the issue.

unit test `testStatus`

1. User created the configuration with TLS
2. when starting the listener, it will assign a new anonymous identity to listener.
3. But the new identity is not saved to the _config property, which needs to updated once the anonymous identity is created.
