No error context or error ref when I get a KeyNotFound from a get

This is the only one I tried so far. But I do a get on a key that doesn't exist, and when we call lcb_resp_get_error_context or lcb_resp_get_error_ref, they return null as the LCB_RESP_F_ERRINFO flag is not set in the lcb_RESPBASE. I will poke around a bit and see if I can see anything - or maybe try a few other calls, etc...
