Description
To support certain deployments, add to our existing distributions a new Windows distribution which links against a user supplied OpenSSL 1.1.1. Target 1.1.1g as the minimum version.
Make sure we update the compatibility doc and release notes to indicate the support range as 1.1.1g and forward, and that Couchbase does not directly supply OpenSSL itself.
Something like this in the compatibility section of the docs:
Note that the Windows distribution of libcouchbase is tested and conforms to the API and ABI of the 1.1.1 series starting with 1.1.1g. OpenSSL has a stable API and ABI at the “micro” level, “z” in x.y.z. If any OpenSSL updates for 1.1.1g are released in a 1.1.1h and so forth, to prevent against those vulnerabilities/exploits, you should update your OpenSSL library and restart the process.
