Query index management API raises LCB_ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT

    Description

      Query index management methods (lcb_n1x_create, lcb_n1x_drop and lcb_n1x_list) are raising LCB_ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT when called. After some local testing with only lcb, this looks to be the commit where things begin to break.

      This behavior is seen in the Python SDK integration tests as well. Example here.
