Enabling x509 in the test is enabling x509 on the cluster config which is used all the test

this is causing some tests to fail
Common cluster_config is used by all tests. The test which has to run with x509, should enable only for that test. As the test is modifying common config file, it is effecting all tests as it enables all the tests.
Test with parameter "withport" should not run with x509 . which is running with x509 due to common file modification.

Change the logic to copy cluster config file to a temporary file only the tests which need to run with x509 and modify temporary config file. This will not effect all tests .
