Apple Silicon Support (M1) /ARM for Sync Gateway on macOS

    Description

      Apple announced transition of the Mac to Apple Silicon(https://www.apple.com/newsroom/2020/06/apple-announces-mac-transition-to-apple-silicon/) which is ARM64 based arch.

       

      We need to build a ARM64  MacOS compatible version of Sync Gateway to enable developers to continue to use Sync Gateway  in development / test environments.
