    Description

      Once integrated, Cluster Monitor and Prometheus will both be polling the Config Service for configuration changes, which introduces a delay in updates. Prometheus lets you send a POST to /-/reload to make it reload its configuration (and, as part of that, perform target discovery) - use that. We will likely need to implement something similar in the Cluster Monitor too.
