Grafana: hovering over filterable columns moves the row out of the way

This is possibly an upstream bug, and does not occur on all dashboards. On the node dashboard:

The magnifying glasses have tooltips of "filter for" and "filter out"

This doesn't occur on the bucket overview:

Disabling table column filtering does not fix this (including after re-provisioning). There may be another setting that controls this behaviour.
