Add check for firewalls between nodes

    Description

      There have been situations where a cluster's nodes can't communicate with each other because there are firewalls blocking the communication ports between nodes. This would be a good thing to detect.

      Marking as blocked by CMOS-210 because I can't think of a better way (log matching is error-prone).
