Description
On CBS >=6.5.0 <6.6.1, when a timing histogram (e.g. GET/SET timings) reaches more than 2^31 samples, it will underflow and stop reporting data. This means that any timing charts will no longer have any data.
We should warn if this happens / the user is approaching the threshold.
