      • Dev/PM: Confirm release version number and Docker tag names
      • Dev/QE (eventually): Confirm final build number
      • Dev: review Black Duck report, ensure there are no medium/high license risks and no medium/high/critical security risks, or there's a justification why each is acceptable
      • Dev/Docs: final docs review
      • Dev/Docs: write release notes
      • Build: publish Docker images to Docker Hub and artifacts to packages.couchbase.com + create Git branches (Dev to file CBD, template below)
      • Docs: publish documentation on docs.couchbase.com (Dev to coordinate with docs team)
      • PM/Dev: publicise release (e.g. blog post)
