Add step to the docker upgrade clarification

    Description

      In step/section 8, it would be good to call out the need to add one "administration node", so that when you get to step 9's removal of  sparenode, there is indeed another node to access the admin UI. 

       

      While we're here, there're a few grammar problems on the page:
