Sync Gateway 3.0.0+ is incompatible with CB Server <6.5.0

    Description

      We recently discovered that there is an issue with Sync Gateway 3.0 and above used with Couchbase Server below 6.5.0 (so 6.5.0 and above is fine), where the docs say that 5.5 and 6.0 are compatible. For the time being at least, we should document this combination as incompatible.
