The "self-start guide" text on the Capella start-up page should be a link to the self-start guide

On the Capella sign-up page (https://cloud.couchbase.com/sign-up?ref=web-nav-btn/sign-up" we have a bullet reading "Follow the self-start guide".  This should be a link to the self-start guide, wherever the current location for that is.  I'm thinking that the other bullet points should include links, too, so feel free to have it them if you agree.  In all cases the links should open in a separate ref so that the sign-up page remains available...We don't want them navigating too far away from that!
