This is the Release Notes process.
Ray had previously done this. It looks reasonably hard, increasing number of points.
Make sure to also do the linked (What's New, Compatibility, Platform support) pages as part of same process.
Though Docs team currently create (or generate, if we're able to use Ray's script) the release notes, we will need either:
- a list of tickets
- a Jira query that returns the relevant tickets
- It is assumed that those tickets are:
- user impacting
- the ticket Subject describes the user-impact
