    Description

The Operator upgrade instructions should include a clear warning that the uninstall and install steps should be carried out using the tooling from the matching version of the Operator. For example to upgrade the Operator from 2.2 to 2.4 first the resources should be removed using the cbopcfg tool from the 2.2 release, then the new resources should be installed using the cao tool from the 2.4 release. Doing otherwise can introduce issues which are difficult to diagnose due to somewhat cryptic error messages.

Having this at the top of the page would be best to make sure it is not missed in a skim read.
