Sync Gateway Online/Offline documentation missing details

    Description

      The current page for online/offline (https://docs.couchbase.com/sync-gateway/current/database-offline.html) does not detail interacting with an offline database via the public URL, and does not document the error response expected from an offline database.

      For example, trying to get a document via public URL while a database is offline gives 

      503 DB is currently under maintenance

      It would be useful to document that this is the response and error message expected when interacting with endpoints of a database that is offline.
