Description
The syntax for specifying a node for the index creation is not immediately obvious without an example. I don't believe we specify that :8091 is needed either. An example would help address both of these, e.g.:
CREATE PRIMARY INDEX my_index ON `beer-sample` USING GSI WITH {"nodes":["10.111.110.102:8091"], "defer_build":true};
