SDK Release Notes Should be in Sidebar in 4.5 Docs

Currently, the SDK release notes are not present in the sidebar when viewing the documentation:

This is a regression from the 4.0/4.1 documentation where Release Notes were clearly visible:

Instead, a user has to know to check the "Start Using the SDK" page and scroll down to find this:

Creating only one issue for all SDKs on this as I imagine it's a template change that covers all of them.
