Description
If user belong to two or more administration groups, his / her access privileges should be the union of those roles
Example 1
If the user have both Bucket Admin* role and XDCR Admin role, user will be able to manage all bucket and configure XDCR
Example 2
If the user has Full System administrator role and bucket administrator role. The user will granted with Full System Administrator access.
We should provide example to make it clear to user.
