Create and delete users information may be out of date.

I am not sure it is the final version or not but the link below may be out of date. If user follow those instruction, they will fail to thing they want.

One example is to create an internal user, the syntax is not /settings/rbac/users/
It must be /settings/rbac/users/local/

Another issue is there is no example to run command.
