Client Side Moxi Installation and Deployment Guide

    Description

      With the deprecation of Server Side Moxi, any users who utilize custom Memcached ports with Couchbase Server 5.0 will need to deploy Client Side Moxi.  At the moment there is only a high level description of this at https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/5.0/install/install-client-server.html#story-h2-2   There is not a comprehensive guide on how to download, install, deploy and configure Client Side Moxi.
