Generate 5.0.0 PDFs for escrow

    Description

      This was done for 4.6.0 Escrow: https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/DOC-2146

      and it needs to be done again for 5.0.0 now.

      I'm not sure who exactly needs to do this or how it was done, but hopefully somebody remembers!

            FYI, this is contractually obligated to be complete 60 days after 5.0.0 shipped, which would be around Christmas Eve. Ideally we could wrap it up before that of course.

            Shilpa Lele generated the 4.6.0 pdf.
