This was done for 4.6.0 Escrow: https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/DOC-2146
and it needs to be done again for 5.0.0 now.
I'm not sure who exactly needs to do this or how it was done, but hopefully somebody remembers!

Matt Carabine It looks like you did this for 4.6.0, or at least you uploaded the PDF - do you know how to complete this for 5.0.0?

Bumping the priority, as we are about two weeks from failing the terms of our contract. Please let me know that somebody is working on this.

FYI, this is contractually obligated to be complete 60 days after 5.0.0 shipped, which would be around Christmas Eve. Ideally we could wrap it up before that of course.
