    Description

      Re-write the views section to reflect the change in functionality: streaming views
      Ensure that stale=false functionality is clear
      Restructure for usability and readability
      Present a clear active "voice" and modular design

      This will also be applied to 3.0 (minus geospatial views), tho the work is focused for Sherlock.
      NEED: An SE assigned to work with me... Please.
