x.509 certificate based authentication for Analytics

Certificate based authentication was introduced for data service in 5.0. https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/5.0/security/security-certs-auth.html 

This is being extended to other services in 5.1. This ticket is to track any updates that need to be made for Analytics
