      https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/current/introduction/editions.html does not even list Query Monitoring. However this is the page you end up on using Google Search and also the one listed in the menus.

      https://www.couchbase.com/products/editions (found through forum after searching for a long time) does tell us that the feature is not available.

      Presenting big/nice features and making it hard to discover that they are only available in the paid edition is a bad way of doing business and a good way of making people waste a lot of time.
