5.1 couchbase-cli docs are the Vulcan cli docs

As per the subject, some of the 5.1 couchbase cli docs pages are showing the details for 5.5 instead.

A few examples:

• https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/5.1/cli/cbcli/couchbase-cli-setting-autofailover.html (see autofailover events, based on disk, and server groups)
• https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/5.1/cli/cbcli/couchbase-cli-bucket-create.html (see compression and max-ttl)

Looks like these were merged into the master branch instead of Vulcan.

Can we roll back all of the CLI docs to the 5.1 state please?
