Document new Node.js logging integration

The new Node.js SDK logging integration allows you to bind the libcouchbase logging to a Node.js logger (or use the default winston logging to console/file).  This is done through something such as:

couchbase.logging.enableLogging({level: 'info', colorize: 'all'});
