Advanced connection details appears to be missing in latest docs

    Description

      There is a very useful page that discusses bootstrapping in the 4.1 Developer Guide:

      https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.1/developer-guide/connection-advanced.html

      The source still appears to be there, but I can't locate it in recent versions of the docs.

      If I'm missing something can you please show me where it is? Otherwise can we resurrect the content in a different part of the docs?
