Examples are unclear because the input data is not shown

In general, the examples would be a lot clearer if the input data were shown somehow. I understand that the travel-sample bucket is a known data set and that I can query it myself, but that's awkward if I don't have a running Couchbase Server nearby. The documentation should stand alone, without expecting the reader to be browsing through a live database in another window.

Especially in a complex function like OBJECT_VALUES, which reorganizes the input data, the output of the function doesn't mean much when one has no idea what the input data was.
