CREATE INDEX Syntax Missing ASC/DESC

    Description

      From Server 5.0 it is possible to specify ASC or DESC for individual fields:

      CREATE INDEX `def_city_desc` ON `travel-sample`(`city` DESC)

      This is mentioned in discussion of the MAX() pushdown but not covered in the syntax.
