Azure template does not include Eventing - please add it !

    Description

      hi, whilst this quick start is great for Azure - after deploying, it appears that the Eventing service is NOT included in the cluster/VM's.

      Being new to Couchbase it's impossible to see, where/how Eventing can be added "after the fact" (after the Azure deployment is done).

      So the easiest solution to this, would be for Couchbase to ADD the Eventing service into the Azure deployment. Please let me know when this is done so we can try again. Many thanks.
