Java Scan Consistency page incorrectly refers to statement_plus rather than at_plus

      I'm pretty sure this should be about at_plus rather than statement_plus.

      Note: the summary of the page correctly talks about at_plus.

      Seems that we're equating statement_plus to be the same thing as at_plus, but they are not, see DOC-1777 as to what statement_plus is.
