LogLevel.getValue returns a completely useless number

    Description

      As is pointed out in https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/CBL-144, the number returned by LogLevel.getValue is not, as one might guess, the Android log level. In fact it is nothing that is useful in the API at all. Users should be warned against using it.
