Inclusion of more detail on Instructions in Swap Rebalance Example Without a Spare Node

Currently, we do not have Instructions as mentioned in point 4 ("4. Proceed with the instructions." ) under the subheading **"Without a spare node available" under the heading "Swap Rebalance Example" on the page https://docs.couchbase.com/server/5.5/install/upgrade-online.html.

We have the Instructions in the next heading "Swap Rebalance Example with an Extra Node Available" with a link to * Performing a Single Node Upgrade. It would be great if we have the point 4 tweaked to something like "Proceed with the instructions below." or something along similar lines to avoid any confusion where the instructions are.
