In Case 1, we say:

If both changes are document updates, the Last-Write-Win (LWW) algorithm is used to pick the winning update.

This is incorrect - it's actually the most revisions that wins (++ in a draw, it's based on lexicographic sort).

From a Server point of view, this is almost the opposite from what's described.
