Clarify our stance on network configurations supported with SDKs

We officially support LAN like conditions. The SDKs include some heuristics to keep the instance alive for application data access requests. This means, for example, within a region at a public cloud provider, within a datcenter if running own system.

The SDKs will likely continue to function with unknown behaviors outside these environments. It may be possible to tune these heuristics, but because we do not test to it, we do not officially support running across WAN environments.
