      There are no docs at all covering use of RTO / Threshold Logging in SDK 3.x.

      Yes - this needs addressing with a discussion in the errors concept page of the threshold logging (and orphan logging) entries that show up in the logs,

      then a howto page in the errors section, covering both types of slow operations logging - esp how it's configured,

      and pointers to reference material in the API guide.
