Remove redundant ExecutorPool workload stats

    Description

      The getMax{Reader,Writer,NonIO,AuxIO}} methods currently return the same values as the getNum...() methods, so give no extra information. Remove them.

      This removes the associated workload stats:

      • ep_workload:max_writers
      • ep_workload:max_readers
      • ep_workload:max_auxio
      • ep_workload:max_nonio

      The existing ep_workload:num_XXX stats are exactly equivalent.
