SDK page aliases to have adoc suffix

    Description

      There are something of the order of 1000 `:page-aliases:` directives in the SDK docs.

      page-aliases without the .adoc suffix have been deprecated,
      and will need changing before Antora drops support for them.

      Given the format of multi-aliases, regexps could be non-trivial, and a scripted solution will need a lot of tweaking.
